We hereby inform you that according to art. 15 et seq. GDPR you have the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed. Further, you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data as well as the right of erasure or the restriction of processing your personal data. You also have the right of withdrawal the processing of your personal data and to data portability.
According to art. 77 GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider the processing of your personal data as violating the regulation.
If the processing is based on art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR (consent), you also have the right to object the consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing based on the valid consent until the objection.
